I have one he has electric powers and have some features, like thunderbolts marks over his body and no spikes

He knows:

Bone rush
Force palm
Detect
Metal claw
Discharge* (when hp is low. He can't control when to release this attack and cannot be forgotten. Since it's far from his control, it isn't considered a move itself. It also affect its allies)

Ability: volt absorb* (the reasons are written in my tumblr)

All his attacks have a chance of paralyzing.
Attacks that naturally have paralyzing effects have 2x more chances of paralyzing.

He normally takes 4x ground damage, but his scarfs nullifies ground attacks and convert the damage that it would cause into HP

He knows:

All his attacks have a chance of paralyzing. His force palm has 2x times the chance of paralyzing than a normal force palm. The same goes for discharge

Ground attacks gives 4x more damage but his scarf absorbs ground attacks and converts the damage into HP, almost healing it instantly

He's still low leveled, so he doesn't know aura sphere yet.
