I have no idea how to name a pokemon

lol. i dont know really. Ive only really seen pokemon about ten times. I mean I know Pikachu and some others and i know a little about team rocket but other than that, im no expert

X3 I mean with the game, pretty soon imma be getting my first pokemon game and you can nickname your pokemon. I'm gonna be starting with a fire type Fennekin and I kind of like the name Blaze for it but I dun think thats very origenal

Exactly! and what if that japanese person went to some person who was/could speak american, said it and got into trouble. I think that they should have like a list of words that if they use, the person who made then name gets banned from using the trade thing again

Or just block the use of vulgar names to begin with.
Even if they didn't get in trouble imagen how much their friends would laugh if they knew enough english to understand? or if they later learned english themselves and went to play the game and were like "heeeey wait a minute.... "

yeah. Thats the problem I know on some games (well of what ive seen youtubers play) the names that they chose that are quite vulgar arent allowed to be used

I guess thats not true for pokemon unfortionatly but most games that kids can play have baned use of certain names

I know. I play a game called Papa's Freezeria (i love that game!) and because lots of people have been calling their people really bad names, you cant name the characters anymore

Theres no restrictions on legend of zelda games (you get to change Link's name at the beginning if you want. it helps keep files straight I guess) But I always just keep it Link because thats his name and I can't see him with any other name
granted next LOZ game I get I'm putting in Rinku as his name cause thats what his name is in the Japanese versions

I already kept Link as the name for my SWS file though convinced my sis to remame him Rinku so we wouldn't mix up files and than I got to thinking "...That is an Epic idea I shall do that next game!"
OMG the first time I played OOT it was HORRIBLE I was typing in LINK but I pressed the wrong button and ended up going through the whole gane as Lin

Yeah. Yeah i had SP on my Ds. I had it on a R4 card and the card had like 40 games on it and my brother was playing on it one day and he wiped the card clean. No more games
