Off: I think the Elite 4 Members all are specialized in different types just like Gym Leaders because you have to be a Gym Leader before you can be an Elite 4 Member, BUT, to be an Elite 4 Champion all you have to do is defeat all Gym Leaders and the Elite 4 :/
