PAST

Reginald was born in Last Notch to Franchesca Popper, a standard gro, and Maurice Popper, a quill, both of which worked in the quarry.
He'd always had a passion for cooking, even from a young age, as would practically beg his Ma to let him help whenever she went to cook. She generally abliged, and as a result, he's picked up quite a few skills.

Every evening Reginald and his Ma would cook supper together as Pa sat and watched with a proud look in his eyes..

At he reached adulthood, he'd begin to learn magic from his Ma.

Then, one day, something happened.....

Reginald decided to move out and start a restaurant! His family was so proud of him and even came to the grand opening of "Popper's Quickdraw"! But Reginald always makes time to cook supper with Ma. Gotta keep up that routine.

PERSONALITY

A polite young gro who loves his work and his customers. He's certain to greet you on the way in with a "Howdy!" and a smile on his face.
Even if you aren't a big shot, he'll generally be able to recognize you if he's seen you before, and may even greet you by name.

Popper prides himself on his speedy but quality food prep and he makes pretty good money despite closing fairly early for a restaurant so he can cook supper with his Ma at home.

It's not uncommon for him to see visits from the Governer himself from time to time, and thus, he has a special table always reserved for him with an opening for his extra long feather antennae. After all, he wouldn't want them to stay bent too long while he eats, that could cause a permanant bend in the wires!

The one rule that you should follow with him though, don't get in the way of his time with Ma. He's generally pretty lenient, as he can use wind magic to speed home, but the longer you push past closing time, the more anxious he'll get, and if you stay too long after THAT, he'll have to MAKE you leave.... he doesn't waant to do that, but he will.... he has to make supper with Ma! It's ROUTINE!! You don't just break that kind of thing!
