Description
This is Miles. He has had a bad history and drinks a lot as a result.

Kota was sent to Sky to find the headquaters he was stationed to, since it's hidden.
He becomes friends with Miles when he runs into him in a back alley near Randy's bar. He asks Miles his name, but he tells him it's Howard. Since he's drunk, he doesn't trust him so he pickpockets him and figures out his real name and ALSO wonders what the heck Miles is doing at the Tarquine Agency, and how he got recruited.

He takes Miles back to his temporary apartment to rest while he goes through his things. The next morning Kota knows where to locate the headquarters, and Miles (who feels horrible) goes with him.
