Darko and Dark Moon ran away, looking for their friends. They didn't know Boomerang was already found. Boomerang, on the other hand, was looking for Flurre, together with Natascha, Sam and Ypsilon. And Flurre was looking for Darko and Dark Moon, but she, together with Fylenn was on her way to Ray, who she hadn't seen in years, and their friend Tawni. And Tawni and Ray were looking for Fylenn because he was away for too long - you can still follow, right?

Dark Moon: You know where they are right?
Darko: They must be in the forest. Boomerang is there. If they didn't find him yet.
Dark Moon: I hope so, becau... Oh...
Darko: I know, you can say it, right, this is all my fault-
Dark Moon: No, I didn't mean that! Look!
Darko: What?

Boomerang, Ypsilon, Natascha and Sam appeared.

Darko: Boomerang! Guys! You're back!
Boomerang: You're all okay? Haven't seen Flurre?
Dark Moon: ... Don't tell me someone else is missing already.
Ypsilon: She wanted to find you, after we found Boomerang... Oh, look over there!

Flurre and Fylenn walked while Flurre explained why she was here.

Flurre: And that's how I got here.
Fylenn: Well, I haven't seen those Umbreon, but-
Natascha: Flurre!
Sam: Darko and Dark Moon are there, unharmed!
Flurre: Yay! I'm glad I found you guys!

Tawni and Ray heard noises, and they saw what was happening.

Ray: Holy crap that's a big eevee group.
Tawni: Look, Fylenn is with them.
Darko: it's time to go home, I think we all have a lot to explain!
Fylenn: Ray, Tawni, why don't you come with us too?
Flurre: Hi Ray!
Ray: I don't know who FLURRE IS THAT YOU?!

And they all went to Darko and Boomerang's home.

I just noticed they are all standing in couples of one male and one female O.o
And sorry for the grass on Natascha's ear, I just noticed
