Contest prize for ~meopkitty
This is Mieta, who is a Squeelit which is some kind of waterish creature I think... xDAnyways, the heart and bubbles are inside of her, they're not markings, so they can move around which is nicer to animate
I didn't know about the movement so I thought spinning could be cute? It deforms a little but it's a water thingy and water can take on different shapes as well
I hope you like it, this was kind of fun ^^
