Bogtober Day 1: IntroBogtober returns for another year! This is basically an Inktober challenge with personalized prompts, but me and TheDogzLife decided to make a public prompt list this year. It can be found here and anyone is welcome to join, whether you'll be participating traditionally or digitally and whether for just a few prompts or the entirety of the list! Dog and myself are going to do the full list traditionally like we did last year. Hope you enjoy seeing our work!
WOO here we go! I'm not ready for a full month of art, but it's going to be good to push myself and challenge my limits! I haven't done a lot of art as of late, especially not art that was anything out of my comfort zone, so I do hope this challenge makes me do some interesting things. My sketchbook has thinner paper than last years, so that's going to force me to do some things differently, but I'll figure it out. Anyway, here's day one, done after work while waiting for my ride home, so that was good! Excited to see what this month brings art-wise. Hope you all have a good October!

I think I remember this from last year, but I still don't know: where does the name Bogtober come from? More specifically, it's prefix "bog."

I decided I would write stuff everyday myself, but it turns I never can finish the day, so I have to finish it other days, and while the subject is super interesting for me, getting it on paper feels like a chore sometimes. My tablet doesn't work all that greatly so I have to press a bit more to draw and it doesn't feel good, but at least I can draw with it. I somewhat want to try these, but scanning takes too much time and my tablet sucks, moreover I just have to write stuff anyway. Maybe I might do it?
I really like it, it's a good intro! I looked at a few prompts, and it does seems interesting, ah I'm pleased to see this gets started!

I tried drawing instead of writing the stuff I'm doing, but it takes even more time, and I usually do it when I'm in the mood (not anymore, as I don't have the time). My wrist doesn't help either: sure, it got better, but at some point I'm just tired of writing!
