Description Also Bienie's white stripe over her back is missing. Ignore that, it'd take too much time to fix.

... because the only true animation in here, which are the tails, just sucks. >:U I felt like I should've been able to do so much better, it's disappointing. But I really lack the patience nowadays. I also accidentually lost one of the frames of Griwi's tail while drawing. I was pretty sure I had 6 frames for that tail and after colouring and merging layers I suddenly only had four. Oh well!

Also, headbobbing isn't as easy as it seems to animate - when I first moved the frames and played the animation I noticed it looked bad because I had moved them slightly to the left or right too, and that generally looks a bit messy. You have to make sure you only move them downwards, which isn't as easy with stuff that aren't crisp pixels. So I had to reposition every headframe.

I was going to draw this in GIMP, but I just couldn't even make a proper sketch there, so I drew everything in deviantART muro and put the stuff together in GIMP.

Characters belong to me and Griwi . Hope you like it!

I actually animated the propeller of my 3D plane, but I fucked it up after I rotated the plane to stand on the ground

Making simple 3D animations in 3DS max are rather easy as it it just changing some parameters. Exporting it as a video/GIF is another story, no idea how to do that

Maybe you should ask your teacher, or look up tutorials

Just the first semester will all be about character designs, film & storytelling, animation, 3d production and rigging (making 3d models "animatable")

I also just got this idea for you to animate if you're REALLY bored: an animated 360° rotation of Bienie
