Soooo SheepMaker has been not-so-subtilely hinting at me to join this group and pfff, might give it a try I guess? I'm not the best roleplayer out there but I do like making up stories for characters and drawing that so hopefully it will work if I try a bit :'D

Name: Wavingreed
    Meaning: Waving- referring to the tabby stripes on her body, -reed referring to the stripes recalling an image of reed waving in the wind.
  Previous names: Wavingkit, Wavingpaw
Gender: Female

Clan: WindClan
Rank: Apprentice
Mentor: Flametail
Apprentice:

Appearance: A cat with light creamish fur, Siamese-like points on the face, back and tail with tabby stripes. Has blue eyes. Her fur is medium-length. She has a small diamond-shaped scar on her face, above her left eye.
Personality: Rather silent, but stubborn in her own way. Might nod yes, then when you're not looking she goes right ahead and do something else, just because that suddenly seems like a better idea. Loves to discover places and to wander off. Dislikes the typical apprentice tasks, but will do them without complaining most of the time.
Brief Backstory
      Kit: Wavingkit was born in a nest of three and grew up alongside her siblings, one of them being Frogkit, as an ordinary kit, developing a curiousity for the outside world that her mother didn't quite approve of. Not much exciting has happened to her so far, except that she managed to fall into the river once and was rescued just in time, but she remembers little of it, let alone who her savior was. Since then supervision on her has been increased and she had not been able to leave the camp until now that she has finally become an apprentice.
    Apprentice: Current. Wavingpaw was very excited to become an apprentice, and was glad to see her mentor turned out to be the courageous Flametail, who taught her a lot. During her apprenticeship, she learned many things, convincing other warriors to take her out to explore and hunt whenever her mentor was too busy. Wavingpaw has shown herself to be very curious and highly eager to learn new things, whether they are directly useful to her or not. During her apprenticeship, she met Sheepkit, later Sheeppaw, of Riverclan. The two became friends, but Wavingpaw sometimes feels a bit torn between the friendship and her clan, especially as the bond with Sheeppaw deepens and the meetings become more frequent. Apart from that Wavingpaw had a lot of time with the other WindClan apprentices, but especially stuck around her brother Frogpaw, and his fading vision worried her more as time went on. One day, when she was hunting young ducks with Hawkpath, the mother duck pecked at her face trying to defend her young, giving Wavingpaw the scar on her face. Wavingpaw is proud of this feature, though, and sees it as a sign of her braveness as a warrior.
    Warrior: Wavingreed was made a warrior together with her brother, Frogstep. She's new to warriorhood and excited to see what awaits her, hoping she might become mentor sometime...

Featherstar - nargled - Clan leader
I feel respect for her, and also maybe a bit intimidated... Featherstar is a good leader. I often wonder how it must be to be her.

Dustrunner - ARCommando - Clan deputy
I don't know Dustrunner that well, but she seems very focused on her task as a deputy. I wonder if I could be that determined. She really seems to live for her clan duties. I admire that, but could I ever be as focused as that?

Brightcloud - Miukitty - Clan medicine cat
Brightcloud seems okay, at least he is very helpful whenever I have a scratch or stepped on a thorn. He's a good cat.

Frogstep - DatDeer - brother
Ahh, of course, my brother. I worry about him more often than I'd like to admit. He's energetic and I know he has dreams and is willing to fulfill them, but with his failing vision, how far will he manage to go before he will be confined to camp? I am glad he received his warrior name along with me, he deserves it more than any cat. I believe in him, but I can't help worrying.

Flametail - praline-queen - mentor
Flametail is awesome! He is a good mentor, even if I don't always get what he means right away. I'm excited to be a warrior, but I will miss the moments we share. He taught me a lot, and I hope he will continue to do so.

Fogthroat - Ymia-the-cheetah - brother's mentor
Fogthroat wasn't my mentor, but I learn a lot from her anyway. She's kind, but fun to explore with! I still remember when we saw the deer and when I caught my first mouse on the way back. I hope she has it in her to push Frogpaw to his very best.

Hawkpath - Ossiekins - friend
Hawkpath is kind, and she's more experienced than I am. Still, hunting the young ducks was my idea, but I'm glad she went along with it! I learned a lot that day, and it was good to have her around.

Strikepaw - StarrysStudio - fellow apprentice
Strikepaw is nice - and she's fast! I know she wouldn't show off with her speed, but I really can't keep up with her when she's on her fastest. With her, even boring apprentice tasks are more fun than usual!

Sheeprunner - SheepMaker - friend
Sheeprunner is something special. I didn't think Riverclan cats were all that good to hang around with, but even back when she wasn't an apprentice yet, Sheeprunner managed to prove me wrong, though she's no ordinary cat. I like her attitude, even if I don't think I could be as rebellious as her sometimes. That being said... I do hope our clan boundaries don't get in the way of our friendship. I know my loyalty to the clan comes first, but... something in me finds it really hard to think of giving up our friendship.

Heronsong - Jay-bott - acquintance
Heronsong is alright. He means no harm, at least, and he teaches me how to fish. I know I don't need that as a Windclan cat, but somehow I like to learn it anyway.
