This was going to be my new icon but... Hm. onoI don't like how it looks when resized. I should have made the face more different, the eyes are too far apart. And the hairflow looks fancy here but in small it's a bit odd. (Also please don't look at the tag, I did an awful job at keeping the size consistent and it should have had a constant animation like the hair D:) Oh well...
This took me a long time so I'm a bit sad. However, have this anyway, it's been a while since I animated so!

Just make every layer a frame of your animation, and export it as .gif, then click Save as Animation and select the further options
