You can't expect someone who isn't comfortable with something to "get rid of it with experience".
If we take that logic, here someone who isn't comfortable with being touched must be forced into it to feel better about it... so does that mean someone who isn't comfortable with sex must be forced into it to lean to feel better about it?
Kind of extreme example here I admit it; but you should remember that if someone doesn't feel comfortable with being touched, touching them anyways can have pretty bad consequences.
How do you know they won't have a panic attack? Or feel even worse about being touched later because their private space was invaded - despite them asking to be respected?
You can seriously hurt someone with that kind of logic, and I think you might just be messing around; but people can take it seriously so be careful :/
