this looks like some post work done to it.
did you use film? digital?
everything in the foreground is like crisp, well focused .. but the background looks ... not just out of focus .. but it looks placed, built into the picture.

Oh yeah, there was some work done, just to enhance it though. Nothing was placed later. Its digital and shot through car window which caused some glare/distortion to make it more interesting. I think you will really like looking at my .psd file.
