Shot with my new Canonet QL17 GIII rangefinder.It was released in 1972.
It comes with a sharp 40mm f1.7 lens.
One of the best things Canon ever made.

Super-sharp B/W image with precise capture of movement and stationary space. I attempted a B/W shot of my own at an NYC subway in this same stylistic vein some months ago. I liked how mine came out overall, but I think this is a more approximate vision of what I wanted. I'm impressed at the kinds of shots you produced with the Canonet rangefinder, and this is no exception. I'm inclined to fav this, I think.

the subway is a great place to take pictures (i think), it shows peopple in a rush, and thats a nice thing to capture

This station has narrow platforms and there are always too many people, everyone in a rush trying to get somewhere else. I always get that claustrophobic feeling there. I guess the picture shows all that well enough.

Yep, its a classic rangefinder. They made it from '72 to '82, I don't when mine was made exactly. See here [link]
