It just for photoshop.
First, open your photoshop
choose Edit > Preset Manager > Change preset type to Style > Load Style > click ASL file you want to use> OK
Choose the object that you want to get used (like text or shapes)
Double click the layer and choose "style" options (on the top of options)
choose the style and OK. That's how you use it
