Personality: Hard headed, and doesn't really listen to anyone else. He couldn't care less about how others feel, and does what he wants for his own personal gain.
History: Victor is Russian-American. He lives in the countryside with his parents who own a small hangar. The small hangar contains a few airplanes which he'll fly when he's not busy with other things. He owns a recreational pilot's certificate which his parents let him apply for on his birthday.

Oops---forgot to mention, but in my recent boredom in being unable to upload art(My laptop got a virus) I've written a brilliant back story for a wolf-like character, If I win I'll type up a nice journal of it and make this guy the main character!
