To start of, i am not the best artist/ critic, but i will give it my best and fair shot.
As a whole this is great. Environment and background are expertly done, the lighting is very good and the design of the character and his vehicle are also very nice. To be honest, the only think i can say that is a but of a negative, while the vehicle's front(the one the characters leaning on) looks good, the other half looks way too 2D and flat, which is a bit of a contrast to the rest of the piece.
But again as a whole, this is a wonderful piece of artwork!
