Awesome, but yeah teh water could use some more variations of blue, and the city lights in the foreground plnate lessened, apart from that it's really cool.

I think that if you layered in more shades of blue, you could build up a tranlucen effect on the oceans and the water would feel less flat.

That is almost too awesome for words. The way you did the city lights and the rings looks just about perfect and the starfield background looks awesome too. Definitely a favorite!
