I like the TimanthaXTrixie pairing too. I actually have a story concept idea for one on the picture FOP - Selfie by W-i-s-s-l-e-r , though that idea does touch into controversial territory because of how far I take it. Just having Timmy embracing his girly side and becoming Timantha in a relationship with a tomboy Trixie is also good without going as far and dropping a few identity concepts along the way. 

As for TootiexTimantha, I can see that going many different ways, positive and negative, depending on how you have the characters develop. Yeah, Tootie could see Timantha as a rival, but you could go the other path of Timmy embracing being a girl and, through it, being able to get to know Tootie when she isn't hounding him for affection, letting him get to know her as a person, not just the crazy girl that's always chasing him, and why she chases him, and falling in love with the real Tootie behind her desperation. The story would focus a lot more on Tootie and developing her character, showing her home life and how alone she is because of Vicky and the fear she causes, their parents neglecting Tootie because Vicky would punish them for that, and Tootie having no friends because Vicky scares any potential friends away. Tootie focuses her desire and attention on Timmy because he's the only one that stands up to Vicky, that isn't afraid of her, and is thus the only one that Tootie believes she could get positive attention from, so acts towards him the way she wants him to act towards her. Naturally, this is too much and overwhelms Timmy, making him uncomfortable and pushes her back, but seeing the calmer, not-crazy, and lonely side of Tootie would cause Timantha to develop her own feelings for Tootie, sympathizing due to how often her parents aren't around and her own loneliness. The concept actually has a lot better flow and realism, relatively, compared to many TootieXTimmy stories I've read that just throw them together because it's the obvious pairing and most likely canon given what's seen at the end of Channel Chasers.

Hmm that's a very interesting pairing really. To be honest I belive Tootie wouldn't like Timantha very much, she'd probably think of her as a rival to get Timmy.
Though it could turn into hate-love because she gets frustrated that she's attracted to her even though she isn't Timmy. Maybe?
