This will be complicated but..uh..

I use brush and then I change the texture of the brush into "spread"
After that I draw spots in different shades of red.
Once I'm happy with the colours I use the erasor and changes the texture to "spread"
and then I just randomly erase parts of the big spot of weird patterned colours, I really don't know how to explain it, maybe I could show later in a future livestream XD
