I think this drawing is very well done!!!The details are very nicely done, and your observation is actually very good!
Have you ever thought of life drawing? If you own horses, or you know someone who owns horses, you can study them and draw them. Like gesture drawing. It really helps to get a feel of how a horse moves and looks like in movement. I also recommend looking into line weight. It can really make a sketch pop, and helps add life and movement to a drawing! I think your eye for detail is there, and I honestly think you have potential, you just need to pull it out.
And remember: in hair, less is more. Instead of adding lines to represent hair strands, try playing around with shading to get the shapes out, because hair is shaped through light and shadow.

I have aver tried but FAILED.... like I tried with Hearter and let's say it didn't end well LOL! But that was a while ago and I have improved my skills, at least that's what my friends say LOL! Hmm, can you describe line weight for me? I am still learning art techniques... I am trying too improve and an artist like you would help me TREMENDOUSLY and I want too soak up a lot of information while I can!!! Hehe thanks, REALLY!?!o,ay I will really try hard now!!!!

It's okay if you fail a lot. I failed a lot when I was drawing people at parks and malls, and I still do! The key is to try and get the movement and not concentrate too much on details and accuracy. If you can get the feel of movement on animals and people then you can translate that onto you drawings. It tends to be really hard, especially the first months that you try, but the more you keep at it the better you get.
Line weight makes a drawing more solid, more three dimensional. Since in real life we're not made of black lines, but of edges, the "lines" that are used give form to a drawing. For example:

If you look closely, some of the lines are light, and some are dark and thick. This adds dimension and weight to the artwork. Some artwork have the same line thickness and darkness, but it's done well enough to add character to the drawing.
Proko is a great place to start. His videos are completely free, and have a lot of information on drawing. It's not really a step by step, it's more that he gives you the basic tools to be able to draw. I believe he has a youtube channel too. He hits on everything from gesture drawings to proportions, anatomy, and he does use a lot of naked people, so if you're iffy on that I suggest drawing people and animals from real life.
