Well, I like to draw Boo Mario from Mario's newest game and I did. I might do Bee Mario next.
I tried using light effects again.

I've always been fasinated (sp?) by the way you put spotlights on your art, like Tiny Toons for example (the one with Babs and Buster). How do you do it?

I use photoshop and those spotlights are one of those features.
