Anyhow, I am sure it's fun for certain things. Certain things not so much.
I do hear the comics blow, some of he art isn't great etc etc. As said, there's the internet for career...
Learning to do good art is more accessable than it use to be, books, internet, self teaching etc etc. Nothing beats hands on experience. Learning from observation. Tricks of the trade, seeing those first hand though, it is important. I was lucky enough to become a magician in this venture by tips from masters.
Off subject, but still on subject. Two Aussie artists I adore that are truly great - Ash Wood - Jeremy Geddes. I'm sure there are others. If you don't know those two cats, you should. Hunt them now.
Might visit sometime indeed bud, not soon, but sometime it could happen.
Teaching there HA! Who knows. Nothing is set in stone. If I visit though, I'll have to hold you for paying my way while I'm there wink*wink*. You got he dough for my teaching

slef teaching is good, like im happy with my anatomy level and my concepts, my mane worry is color. i need to learn the basics of blending, wat color to use to shade others, and mainly i hav no clue what colors to mix to make skin shading so i js use touch pens that already are skin toned
so yeh basics are always an important one to learn
well if u do visit ur welcome to chill here! my pad is basicly one big art display haha
and as for the mulah for the teachings, well talk prices l8er

Uh, learn all that, not planning to, no interest, I just enjoy being in that sense of an atmosphere is all...
As for learning color and paint application to render etc etc. That sometimes is a bit tricky when 'self teaching'. It does indeed help to have advice and hands on observation watching people that know the craft. Indeed something that takes a bit more than putsing around alone at times.
As for crits, don't really have time for much of that unless something random pops in my lap that I feel the need to give it. Plus if pieces are 'finished' I feel less driven to give them if changes aren't actually going to be made. If you want one, feel free to shoot one my way in the future or whatever and if I see the need I can maybe give some tips of advice of sorts...
