hi,
ok now the polka dots and trousers I can understand it's very traditional, & I like how the heels especially red adds some modern twist, so u've combined traditional with modern, (I like that very much) coz it can emphasize the fact that we're open minded and accept new ideas... but I disagree with the background... I just don't like it...
loool, it's such a simple drawing but I really wrote alot .... maybe went abit overboard...

I see your point, I think the illustration along with the background created kind of a busy artwork. What do you suggest?! How you think can I improve it?! What kind of backgrounds?!

well I think if u keep the background simple one plain color it will help, it will emphasize on her fashion... and if u simply add 2 shopping bags, (preferably same size) each on 1 side (keeping them white, like her trousers) it will balance the image, & make it look cute.
