Eh... I no longer ship Duncney. That ship's toxic enough as it is. Duncan still cheated on her though and that's just something you don't do. If he'd just broken up with her, it'd have been better. Courtney shouldn't have to take all the blame for how their relationship ended.

I don't really count that as the actual Trent. Honestly, how did he go from the cool guy in season 1 to that of season 2? It makes no sense.

Exactly. It's one of the biggest derailments in Total Drama history. He went from a cool guy that didn't need a quirk. He was one of the normal people like Noah, Heather, and Dj, to a psychopath with a nine and Gwen obsession.Β

Couldn't agree more with that. I loved him in season 1. And if they were really planning to break Gwent up, there were other ways to do so without completely changing his personality. And if their reason was to bump up Gwuncan, that was even worst than anything. They created a completely unnecessary love triangle.

Honestly, Gwuncan wouldn't be so bad if they could have just gotten that plot out of the way in the beginning of the season and it didn't feel so rushed/pointing out the obvious.
