Excellent use of color to convey lighting. Also I really like how your style isn't too up tight about details, and yet you still manage to imply them.

Thank you! When doing a speed painting or sketch, you have to think more on basic shapes, then all the detail work. I find that making a gray scale, helps a lot when blocking values. I used yellow for the light and purple for the shadows. it adds depth without being totally black and totally white. In fact there are only a few places that I used black or white in.
