The part that she has a fixed mindset may make her a bit of a hardship for Sharpthorn trying to convince his clanmates that a battle isn't necessary...
I like that she finds her clan's well-being as her top priority, that'd make her a good leader! (Loud and fiery - wonder how that'd turn out in terms of... say, Gathering fights between leaders.)

You only really need to read one of the books to get the concept for Warriors Ocs and comics on Deviant Art. I think people just really like the structure of the 'naming system' or how their 'clans' run.
