Next time you have trouble, I advise asking someone directly, or looking it up in "Help." I only found this by chance, since you posted two of these. Changing the name works exactly like changing anything else. Go to the edit button, which is located on the upper right hand corner of the deviation page in question. Once there, pretend you are making a new image, and simply write the name in the name box. After that, hit the "save changes" button, and you are done. If any problems occur, check your internet connection. Slow internet is also what causes the duplication glitch.
