Im cant see why they would not have let you post it here looking at the other sort of art thats posted up under search keywords like ecchi and hentai aswell, though I do see why the wont let you link.

Don't think so. Joker died before having any offspring. They are Harley Quinn's granddaughters, though.

Yes and the joker had to have been Harley Quinn's baby's daddy and it also explains the genetic obsession with the clown makeup. But there are no real facts to back this up so I guess your right(the joker did almost kill them anyway in the animated series ).

Well, in the movie, they explained that they wanted kids, but didn't want to deal with the mess. That's why Joker and Harley kidnapped Robin (Tim Drake) and turned him into a mini Joker. The Joker was killed at that point. Electrocuted. So...no offspring. Harley fell several stories into a ruined building, but apparently survived since we see her as an old lady at the end of the film, harassing the two Dee Dees pictured above. The police officer refers to the old lady as the girls' grandmother.

Well, I have to say, in my version of canon he IS the father of any kids Harley could have. She could have been pregnant when she fell down and survived because of her stamina (Ivy did give her some shot), or well, they could as well store Joker's semen somewhere, no? He's a smartie, he'd know he would die one day.
So there is every possibility he could indeed have offspring. It does explain the twins' tendency to go for crime, from both parents.
Not proven, but I sure hope so. Makes sense too - I cannot see Harley ever recovering from loss and going for somebody else.

Except that the Dee Dee twins are Harley's granddaughters. She appears to spring them from jail at the end of the film. They call her Granny Harley, and you can distinctly recognize the voice.

What I said was that I believe Joker is related to them. Harley would not settle down with somebody after his death.

Hm. Well, I doubt that - it's not like she was under a spell. She likes crime life anyway.
For one thing, she'd grieve, and it would ruin her even more.
