It is my first pic of Wanda, from "Fairly Oddparents". I finally found a good way of how to draw her!!!ThatΒ΄s ALMOST as she appears briefly in "Channel Chasers" TV Special... Timmy appears as "Blackbird", a spoof of Batman, and Cosmo was his butler and Wanda was his maid.
