Well! this took long enough to complete. Say hello to Dresca's local Castform!

Name: Cinema
Pokemon: Castform
Gender: Male
Moveset: Weather Ball//Energy Ball//Disable//Depends on weather
Ability:Forcast (changes form depending on the weather and where he is. example: alps/winter time = hail form
Personality: on the surface kinda easily excitable and a bit ditzy. The more you get to know him, the more quiet and distant he gets. but if he really cares about you, he's pretty obvious about it. He's surprisingly knowledgeable about many things.
he's upbeat, and likes to stir things up. his heart is in the right place though.
History: Was created in the Shadow pokemon lab in Orre for testing the effects of the move shadow sky. due to this testing he is locked from learning any weather altering moves other than shadow sky. he was later taken from the lab and 'purified' After which he was left to live in the secound lab. he spent a good deal of his time there researching everything he could on pokemon, battle strategies, and move effects. At some point he fell asleep and woke up in dreamscape, taking up residence in the alps and gaining a part time job in the ice labyrinth under the mountain. after cyll's rampage on the Alps destroyed his apartment he took up wandering. He 'lives' with Adria and Ed in Tidal Beach but really he just waders everywhere.

Normal: Secret Power/normal
Hail: Blizzard/Ice
Rain: Thunder/Water
Sun: Solarbeam/Fire
Fog: Ominous Wind/Ghost
Sandstorm: Hidden Power/Rock
+ type changes for season and area too if it's winter or in the alps he's usually in hail form. summer it's usually sun form. can only access rain form when it IS raining tho and has normal form in fall/spring/any other time
+ Cannot change the weather, is only effected by it.
+ He knows when someone in the area uses a weather move though, and tends to pick on those that CAN use the moves to get them to use it |D right now he only knows where a guy with Sunny Day is
+ Wile his rain form is used the least he likes it the best.
+has nooo idea how to access his Sand and Fog forms
