Ah, this is what its all about, no need to worry about scripts, or backgrounds, or plot, just jokes based on the (sometimes unintentional I think) hilarity in the latest Sonic game, which I have already beaten twice. Lets see, this one pokes fun of the fact that Eggman and Tails grow so close over the course of the adventure, then there is how Rouge's every line is either suggestive or narcissistic (which fits her character crazily well.) And of course there's Amy's "boyfriend" Dexter, who I still think is TOTALLY made up. This game is ripe for parody, expect more soon.edit: can everyone see it alright? I had a hard time uploading this for some reason and the small view doesn't work for me, but the large view and download still work fine.

Actually she did make it up, apparently there is a way where if you only say the nicest things to amy she will admit to sonic the truth and sonic will somewhat admit that he likes her.

I've played through that game many times, at least 12, and I got the SonAmy ending only twice. It's really hard to get to.

And the fact that it's an optional side plot makes it about as relevant as the 10 ending of Shadow The Hedgehog.

I think since Sonic is like 18 now or something and Amy is 12 that he only see's her as a friend because of the age difference. I wouldn't date a guy 6 years older than me.

Amy was listed as 12 when Sonic was listed as 15, if Sonic is going to be 3 years older by your metric then Amy also has to get older. Actually in the Comic book some actual in continuity time has passed and if I counted correctly Sonic should be about 19, likewise all of the other characters have also aged, a couple even have children.

Sally's brother Elias, Rob-O the Hedge, Knuckles has a little brother...and that's the CURRENT timeline, not stuff in the future. Also, Sonic stated his age as 15 after a birthday issue WAAAY back in the pre-50 days, and since then I think there were about 4 more birthday issues, hence my reasoning that approximately 4 years of time has passed in continuity, hence Sonic's likely current age of 19...actually Sonic spent some time in space where he only experienced 6 weeks when Mobius experienced a whole year, so while Sonic has only aged 4 years the comic has seen 5 years pass.
Note I'm working based on admittedly fuzzy memories, so I could be off by a year or so up or down.

Oh I thought you meant the main cast like not the semi-main cast because Rob-o hasn't been in an issue in awhile. Oh and Knecapeon or "Kneecaps" is Knuckles half brother.

yeah, but same mother. Even though Antoine and Bunnie are married I don't think any of the real main cast will be having kids any time soon (given the 30 years later story I'd say it'll be at least another 5 years before the first kid from that timeline is born, I think it would be either Vector's son or Knuckles' daughter.) Though Elias, as Sally's brother and the rightful king, is pretty close to main cast imo, even if his son is adopted.

It's a girl and it's his step daughter. The mother's husband died and Elias married her when she was s\pregnant with his child.

Dexter IS made up. After I read this comic (I think 2 years ago) I looked it up on wiki and that didn't say anything about him. So I went on youtube and found out that the creators of the game made Amy say she made him up if the conversation that she tells Sonic about Dexter goes a certin way. Even though it WOULD be funny if a guy named Dexter was the bad guy in one of the Sonic games and posed as Amy's boyfriend that Amy has no clue about and gets sonic jeluos. XD

ARGH DEXTER! sorry, i hate that bullsh*t. like amy would just fall for some other guy. plus, if he was a real charrie, why a name as dexter. pretty much all names are nouns, or based off one. but maybe that's why he's with amy. oh well. that's my say and if anyone gives a f*ck about that.

Is Dexter really made up? I've been hearing about this and I want to know for sure. I can't play the game because I don't have a DS.
Still, this is pretty funny. The second half reminds me of this picture based off the game where Amy is introducing Sonic to Dexter, and it's Dexter from Dexter's Laboratory, and he looks all mad like "Why am I here?!" XD

I believe he is made up, but I have not yet got Amy to admit it in the game. I heard if you carry on a certain conversation a certain way she confesses there is no Dexter, but I haven't seen it for myself.
