I think I can see what you mean, predominently with the weapon held to your throat. I wouldn't consider it a write off though, the environment is excellent with a great balance of form to grime and dirt. I wouldn't say I dislike it in the same way you do, but we all know about how artists are with themselves, I'm the same with my writing.
