Just a quick render of some of the flag shapes I'm trying, let me know what kind of changes you'd like to see. These are just quick material settings for now.Rendered in C4D.

Those are pretty awesome! I love the shapes. I'd like to see a few that are longer horizontally. This is so cool!
If you wanted to get really creative you could put them on the tips of pike-ish weapons! *squeal*
And I'm sooooo sorry I didn't get back to you about Queen of Hearts in time. I have been playing with her but I've had so many problems with my internet recently that I've avoided the computer. You'll see something with her soon!

Ok, longer I can do easily enough. These are still C4d scale, not poser, so I'll just shrink em down less. As for mounting em on pike weapons, I might be able to do that, let me take a look at my references and see what I have
Oh and the highlights you see aren't due to texturing, the flags are actually bent.
No problem about the Queen, I know you've been sick etc, looking forward to seeing what you came up with
