Description gahh soo, hmm... I guess it can be vent art but anything goes :/ well this is very kinda abstract I guess or metaphorical, I mean of coarse not all that is her blood haha that would be crazy but yeah very symbolic. like the White cloths she is wearing (which is somehow not totally dyed by now... what?) can resemble something as purity for "one" example.

So I was just thinking what is just so miserable, well this would, I mean it would be terrifying to most people, then with the thorns in her and coughing up stuff would be incredily painful, also who knows were she is and the thought of "how do I get out? or can I?" a trapped feeling is just terrible. and then the smell, oh man :l

I really ilke how the colors came out in this, the only thing that bothers me about this picture is well, the pool itself. it looks too gooie and I don't know how to fix it for the life of me so IIII sorta settled, but hey I got to make gooie strands

made this in ... idk how many hours but took my 3 days. made on Photoshop elements 9 (yeah I got a new Photoshop elements version I don't use 6 anymore Thx sister well I'm not expecting too much attention on this picture :V

I can relate to this symbolism in my own ways, as I'm sure we all can at times. It's like the worst of misery is all you know and nothing can make things better. Like an internal cry of pain that lasts the whole day, week, or month. A lot of people I know are more familiar with it than I am, I admit. I think that this is a very powerful and relatable piece.Β  Β 

By the way, isn't that what a pool of blood would do after a short time? Start to clot and get gooie?

So understandable. I won't get into it here publicly on DA, but if you ever wanna talk about it (or anything else), I'm always available and willing to.
And don't sweat about the response time. You're good. I'm trying to be more mindful of everyone else's timing with all the stuff on their plate from day-to-day.

I think I'm ok. I was referring to times in the past with me, but I guess it's still kinda relevant now. Hereditary depression is like a constant-flying boomerang that follows you. Usually I'm good, but sometimes it just hits hard.

Ok well let me educate you :> Pikmin is a strategy/time/fighting (army fighting, probably not what you are thinking though) game and it is super fun there's only 2 games and they are on the gamecube, apparently there's a 3rd coming out on the WII U but idk. it's made by the Nintendo founder dude that made Mario Zelda Metroid etc. so that right there give it some reputation. But they are these cute little Alien thingy's from the future, and they help you safe your life and you have to take care of them, multiply and refrain from dying but still use a Pikmin army to fight. I could go on forever about pikmin buuttt I think I'll bore you even more and have said enough as it is lololol :V

its awesome and that is a great Mario game >< but that's not on the Gamecube lolol that's before the Gamecube, Mario64 is the game where you go into the paintings, that's on the Nintendo64, The mario Gamecube game is Mario Sunshine were you go on a island vacation XP ^_^

Something that I found quit interesting about this is that you only see the exiting end of the thorns piercing through her (I think).

I love this because it changed the way I saw it so instead of the thorns piercing through her I see them growing from the inside out. The pure and innocent being corrupted from the inside unseen until it's far too late.

Anyways, great job as always!
