Wow.What a day..
started this around 3 am. it's 11:40 pm now.
spent HOURS pulling my hair out by venturing into 3D, but, finally got it right(the station on the right).
the protoplanet came together wonderfully.
had some fun with the foreground.
painted the little ship.
So yeah, a research outpost studying the formation of a planet.

Okay - so your rendering abilities are very nice, layout is great, there's a story to it, you accomplished everything you needed to for this piece. Then you went, "hey - I should put reflections of the ceiling lights and other light fixtures in the glass" and that is fucking brilliant! Very nice work!
