Yeah, I know, this is a really weird ship, but I honestly like it.
Mainly because both Luna and Chrysalis are somewhat similar, because they were both rejected and they turned to evil.
Does that mean they'd fall in love for that reason? Eh, I don't think so, not really. But hey, anything's possible in fanon.

still, friends can love each other, and unless if complete utter total rejection of all other ponies to chrysalis occurs, lunaxchrysalis is probably unnecessary as well as unlikely.

I guess the reason I said that was because she seems like someone who was rejected and unloved (I'm not sure what her or any changelings' pasts were like, so I can only assume). So she turns to feeding on ponies' love, which I think is pretty evil
