Well, that seems closer to the original Mad Cat [link] than to Mark II.

It was straight of a miniature.... My teacher brought in a box to class and we picked on to model.

What program did you use to rip this? i would love to be able to do this myself so i can make the units myself without having to take screen shots.

It is not ripped - it is modeled from scratch with game screen shots as reference. If I had the tools to rip the models without much effort, it would be really cool, because I could rip some ugly Inner Sphere mechs and have a battle.

i was thinking more along the lines of ripping them, then taking more detailed screen shots, after which you could rebuild the model better and with greater details.
either way, great job on the modeling.
