I wasted all of today drawing this. T______T I'm sorry. God knows I could do more with my life . . .
I know I say this a lot, but I get new watchers every now and then, so I feel like I have to say it again: I don't hate ALL anime. I just hate 99% of it. XD My biggest beef with it is that all these young artists cling to this style, not realizing that their "style" LOOKS LIKE EVERYONE ELSE'S. It's a debilitating crutch. My outlook has always been this: learn to draw CORRECTLY before you worry about a style. Picasso drew abstract art, yes, but he was an incredible realist painter, too. Once you have a relatively strong grasp of proper anatomy, THEN draw anime. Or find your own style.
And guess what, people? I USED BASES. HAAAAAAAA. That's why that uke-kid-thing's crotch is all screwed up. Who has a crotch like that? Seriously? But I only used bases on the top two and I don't honestly feel good linking you to the bases, considering they were probably traced off of something else.
I HATE SHOTA SO GODDAMN MUCH AAAAARGH FUCK YOU INTERNET AND YOUR SIX-YEAR-OLD LOOKING UKE BOYS GAAAAH.
In conclusion, stop using the dodge/burn tool on skin. I CAN TOTALLY TELL YOU ARE NOT FOOLING ANYONE. Also, if you can't create worthwhile OCs, stick to fanfic. Please. Thank you.

It is really racist, which makes no sense, because it's racist against Asians when Asians are the ones who create it. :/ Asians will actually get plastic surgery to make their eyes more Caucasian, and I think anime is partly to blame for glamorizing colorful BIG Caucasian eyes. I personally find almond-shaped eyes very pretty.

I know. How can blue/other colored eyes NOT go with black people/Indians/etc.? It makes no sense. I, myself, have seen some Indians around where I live wear dark green contact lenses and they look great. They don't look ugly in any sort.

Well, I still think they should stick to their own eye color. I guess it's fun to wear colored contact lenses every now and then (it's cool to see what you'd look like with something else), but if you're wearing these things every day and trying to convince people you don't have black eyes, I consider that a problem. Also, Indians are the ones who sell skin-lightening products, so they're generally racist against themselves too. XD

No matter how desperate I want to convince others that dark brown isn't my natural eye color, I will never wear contacts. Everyone should be content with who they are and what they look like. Although a little modification won't hurt ...
Well, that's an Asian thing. We tend to look at fair Americans/English and just admire their skin color, where it really just goes with any colored shirt they wear. For people with dark skin, they think that they look weird when they wear bright colored clothing. Trust me, I've been there. Fair people's skin go with anything.
That's just what I understand of Indians/dark-skinned people wearing/selling skin-lightening products. XD

Yeah, no one is every happy with what they get. :/ It's strange. Sure, I'd love to be blond, tan, long-legged and beautiful, but it's not gonna happen, so what's the point in wishing it? 
PFFFT. It does not go with pink or white. XD Well, I always envy those with darker skin simply because it's a lot harder to get sunburned and they don't have to worry about uneven farmer tans.

Uneven tan lines are nothing. You can just simply wear long-sleeved shirts and wait until they fade out. That's what I do - I don't know about other people. XD

My one high school friend drove herself crazy wishing to be thin and "pretty" (she was already very pretty). It was really pathetic. :/ And there was no getting through to her otherwise.

That sounds like my Mom. Trying to avoid food and just exercise the crap out of herself. But my Mom's pretty persuadable, because she tends to go back to normal-mode when I tell her what the 'crash diet' will cause if she doesn't eat and exercise like mad. It's a cycle thing for me at home.

My mom claims she's on a diet, but that basically means drinking diet soda and sugar-free ice cream. She doesn't actually EAT any less food. When she was in Argentina, our ice cream lasted two weeks. When she's home, it lasts three days. :/
No, California probably has the highest percentage of rich people. And rich people=thin and beautiful. The poorest states, like the ones in the South, are where people can't afford healthy food or lifestyles. DX
