A hummingbird.It was so hard to get a picture of this one.
It kept flying around like crazy and every time it rested and I tried to take a picture, it zoomed away.
I finally got this shot.
No effects; shot in RAW format.

Yeah they hired someone who was a temp for a permanent position and she was there less time than me and was on a different shift..... Completely overlooked me whom had made it well known I wanted one of the positions if they were available....... Now she thinks she's the boss of the whole assembly area when she's been there less time than me and is doing half the stuff wrong.

Well everyone was saying she was ugly cause she was fat but she didn't even look fat to me.
