Here's a cool idea I came up with a few years ago. Depending on what Poke Ball you use to capture Voltorb/Electrode in, it evolves to reflect them. There are more to come based on some Poke Balls introduced in later games, but here are the classics!

The idea is that all the Electrode forms have improved base stats over the standard form, and some of which have an added secondary type. The hope is that they all have usable stats and would fill separate niches in a team. I imagine them all to have slightly different movesets as well.
