Yes I animated everything in Photoshop CS2, CS5 would definately work!

np, its a common error in the community, pixel is cell shading at the pixel level where bit is more like the graphics of a GBA and older.

hmmm... but mine IS cell shading at the pixel level? I looked up GBA graphics and they don't look as sharp as my pixel arts..?

yours is 16-32 bit quality, GBA is about 8-12 bit quality.

Hmm, I don't have PS Elements but I think as long as it have the pencil tool and animation box then yeah, it'll work
