Seems nice, yet, there is a bit confusion, at least with me. All tho he looks at first like one from the Iron Warriors, the color scheme would suggest a rather Khornate terminator, propably with the World Eaters or even Blood Gorgons (since it fits their color more)
I suggest call it a Blood Gorgons terminator 
Still, like said, nice artwork, love the eyes, they give a clean technological look over it`s tired and ornated armor
