A little difficult to explain but, people make groups where others can submit specific things to them, adoptable, fan art of specific shows/games, or art of specific animals, ect, to share with others that also want to see these things. The groups i've submitted to are groups for people who like characters designs and want to purchase them, so it helps advertise to them to others who may be interested.
