An idea that came to my mind earlier today. It's about time these mercenaries payed for their crimes, by tickling!
For those of you that don't read the Archie Sonic Comics, Team Hooligan is a group of three mercenaries that are typically hired by evil factions. The three members are Fang the Sniper (Nack the Weasel), Bark the Polar bear, and Bean the Dynamite duck (not pictured yet) I will add Bean and some finishing touches later
