Description
My version of Gizmo Duck is former Military. He was badly injured in an explosion while on patrol with his unit. The Army took the opportunity to turn him into the ultimate weapon code named Gizmo Duck. He was sent in to shut down Darkwing Duck after undercover F.O.W.L. agents convinced the Army Darkwing had terrorist connections. Darkwing helped Gizmo Duck see it was a lie and freed him from military control. Now he helps Darkwing Duck with his fight against crime and corruption.Related content

Fenton Crackshell's was a child from a poor household in a rough neighborhood. Seeking to make money for college, when he turned eighteen, Fenton enlisted in the U.S. Army. He certainly never expected to end up on the front lines in the Middle East. During a long-range recon mission with his unit, a terrorist cell attacked and Fenton found himself under enemy fire. Spotting an enemy rocket launcher on a nearby hill, Fenton jumped to push one of his squad-mates out of the way... and took the blast himself. Still alive, but barely, Fenton was rushed to a secret military installation and subjected to a top secret project originally meant to enhance injured soldiers.

Fenton Crackshell: Uhhh… what... where am I? *Servos shifting* Huh? What the heck do they have me on?
???: I'm afraid no drugs are the cause of what you see, my boy.
Fenton Crackshell: Who are you?
???: My name is Professor Cyril Shelldrake. I have been one of your doctors these past few months.
Fenton Crackshell: Doctors? Oh... right.... the missile. So, I survived?
Cyril Shelldrake: Yes and now. While we did manage to save your life, your body was all but destroyed. The only way to save you was to integrate your salvageable biological material in this experimental prosthetic exosuit. The face is a good likeness, I think. Eventually, we will build a full-body suit to transfer you into for civilian life. No sense scaring everybody every time you feel like taking a walk.
Fenton Crackshell: I... I still have my brain, right?
Cyril Shelldrake: Mostly, but for protection, we uploaded much of your memory onto a hard disk. Rest assured, you remain very much yourself, but your body is now Titanium, instead of flesh.

Yes in my version he's closer to what happened to robocop. They kept some vital stuff like the head and hart.
