That's a sketch cover blank variant. Artists draw on them for commissions. They can be bought at comic shops just ask the store clerk about them. Thanks for the nice comment.

She's fictional buddy....a female version of the merc with a mouth...Earth 300 if I'm not  mistaken....current storylines that Marvel uses is Earth 616.
