Dayum. I really don't thing I'd be working on a UBF form for that long
So this is just the form for #Pokemon-UBF for my OC Lauren It only took eighty some layers, five days and three tries to get it right, but it was well worth it : D
So here's her info and whatnot:
Name: Lauren/L-chan
Age: 17
Hair color: Blonde
Eye color: Green
Hometown: Vielstone City, Sinnoh (she lived in Sunnyshore before her parents divorced)
Birthday: January 6th
Personality: Lauren is usually painfully shy (although that has been getting better over the years) and VERY cowardly. However, she's also very sweet and patient and truly cares about the people she loves; she'd make a great friend if you gave her the chance. Still, DO NOT GET HER MAD. It's not a pretty sight >.>
Strengths: Kind, caring, patient, seems to know about certain stats of Pokemon pretty well, has a good conscience, seems to have a good reason to keep going
Weaknesses: Coward, painfully shy, has trouble with type-advantages, oversensitive, very frail body type, her left arm only works half the time it should be (she refers to this one as her "bad arm")
Likes: Pokemon, her close friends and the people she loves, music (she'll pretty much listen to anything but scream-o and rap), ice cream
Dislikes: Rain, loud noises, the dark, people who make fun of her disability, pretty much anything generally scary
Fears: Lygophobia (fear of the dark), Plasmophobia (fear of ghosts), Achrophobia (fear of heights)[she got over this one quickly]
Bio:
Before Lauren was born, her parents would fight often. Even when she was still a baby, the arguments just got worse, and her dad finally decided that she didn't want his daughter to see these fights, and decided to divorce. They moved to Vielstone City, and have lived there since.
Despite the divorce, Lauren had a happy childhood, and her father was very supportive. She also had a little friend named Paul, who was like a big brother to her. Despite Lauren's shyness, they hit off well and were there for each other through thick and thin....then, Paul had to move to Sinnoh with his older brother and leave her. As a good bye gift, he gave her a necklace that once belonged to his mother. She hasn't taken it off since.
After Paul left, Lauren was soon diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder (GAD). Her dad was at his wits end to get her to feel better, but nothing worked. Finally, around five years later, he decided to use tough love and urge her to take the trainer test for a second time (she didn't pass the first time). She took the test, and got a C, receiving her Mawile (Korey), and left to go travel.
After a while of travelling, Lauren finally met up with Paul, but neither of them recognized each other at first because they both changed so much. Paul yelled at her to "watch where (she) was going", and Lauren fled, only to be attacked by a bunch of Haunter and Ghastly in the area. Paul thought it was easier to go rescue her, but he sprained his ankle in the process, and he fainted due to a bad reaction of pain. When he woke up, he found Lauren by his bedside, and after a short conversation, they finally recognized each other. After a tearful reunion, Lauren asked if she could travel with him, and he agreed.
About two months later, Lauren and Paul were climbing up a mountain to get to the next gym leader. Lauren had a weird feeling in her stomach, as if she knew something bad was going to happen. As it turned out, her harness broke in the middle of the climb, and she fell, breaking her neck. If Paul didn't show up to help her get to a hospital, she would have died alone.
Eventually, she was diagnosed with being paralyzed from the chest down. The doctors tried everything to get her to walk again- from surgery (the scar from the incision on her back is still there to this day) to therapy to rehabilitation- but nothing seemed to work; she was too frail. Finally the doctors just gave up on her, releasing her without a fair warning.
Of course, this news hit her hard, and she fell into a depression for a while. After an argument where it resorted to Paul yelling at her and calling her a "fucking cripple", she thought about what he said, and decided to still travel, and use her disability as a reason to keep going. She still travels to this day, to become the first handicapped trainer to enter the Pokemon Championships, and she still travels with Paul. Secretly, she developed a crush on him, and doesn't really know how to tell him

Korey (Mawile)
Nature: Jolly, Highly Curious
Korey was given to Lauren as a starter as a result of getting a C on her trainer test. She's pretty much the "baby" of the team; she's very childish, naive, and outgoing. Still, Korey's always there to give Lauren support, and Lauren just loves her to pieces >w< For the most part, she's a pet.
Archie (Mightyena)
Nature: Timid (Very Finicky)
Lauren found Archie in the middle of the forest, and was afraid to approach him at first. Paul convinced her it was okay since "he's probably as scared of you as you are of him". She gave Archie some cookies as an apology, and Archie ended up following her home. She asked him if he wanted to be a part of her team, and he agreed. Due to their similar natures, Lauren seems to get along very well with Archie, and she even uses him as a canine walking assistant at times.
Elliot (Ampharos)
Nature: Serious (Good Perserverence)
Even while Elliot was still a little Mareep, he was used as a power source in a distant village because he had so much power. One day, he just snapped, tearing the power plant apart and fleeing, attacking the villagers- while Lauren and Paul were still finding the gym leader! Out of pure rage, Elliot attacked them, but Paul stood in the way, protecting Lauren, but getting electrocuted in the process. Lauren was so furious at Elliot that he got Korey and Archie to battle him, eventually catching him. At first, Elliot refused to follow orders and have many "outbursts" because he couldn't trust humans at all, but he got a lot better over the years.
Jazz (Maractus)
Nature: Quirky (Likes to fight)
Jazz was exiled from her original tribe, because she couldn't sing and dance as well as she could battle, which was not tolerated. Wallowing in self-pity, she ran into Lauren, challenging her to a battle. Lauren eventually caught Jazz, and let her join her team. Jazz often uses her dance moves to evade attacks, which gives her an upper hand in terms of evasiveness, but she has a difficult time taking battles seriously.
Rod/Nicky (Zweilous)
Nature(s): Rod- Timid (Often Lost in Thought) Nicky- Jolly (Naps often)
As a baby Deino, Rod was stolen by a Team Plasma member and forced to do his evil deeds. When Rod was slipping up, his master would lock him in a closet for days on end. Eventually, a breeder took Rod in, and Lauren found about his story, and adopted him out of pity. Rod would often freeze up in battle, but Lauren tried to encourage him to keep going. This problem went away when he evolved, and grew the other head, Nicky. Lauren said how proud she was of him, and since then, Rod didn't want to ever forget this moment, and thus, he doesn't want to evolve.
Rod and Nicky may be the same species, but they have polar opposite personalities; while Rod is very cautious and timid, Nicky is happy and carefree. Rod secretly admires Nicky's sunny personality, and Nicky gives Rod encouragement in tough situations.
Duke (Riolu)
Nature: Naughty (Mischievous)
Lauren was given an egg on her birthday, and even though the weather was cold, the egg hatched into a Riolu, which Lauren named Duke. The first thing Duke did after he hatched was, of all things, steal Lauren's bandanna and ran off with it. Eventually, Duke tripped, and Lauren caught up to him. She then took the bandanna, tied it around his neck, and let him keep it as long as he wouldn't steal again. This didn't really stop Duke from teasing her every now and again, though, but it's more in a silly, loving way; he usually makes funny faces at her and teases her about her crush on Paul. Despite Duke's rebellious, silly nature, Lauren loves him anyway >w<
