One more thing, the arching part of Janeway's hair is actually on the opposite side. If you look at the promo pics, you'll see what I mean.

So this one was a warm-up, essentially. One last thing, her eyes are blue, not brown. And don't forget the four gold pips on her collar (opposite side of her badge).
