Description
WarTech Compact Special Pistol - 12Gun body is made from bakelite (titan coated) with carbon insertions. Some mechanics are made of high quality steel with titan coating. Vortex features patented rotating chamber assembly with gas-operated power (system is partially inserted into dynamic silencer). Controlled 3-burst fire mode can be used with the use of silencer's recoil suppression mechanism.
Silencer comes with part of the body containing dynamic system and weights 200g (1200g weight total).
Vortex can be used by left- or right-handed persons (all control triggers are mirrored), but slider replacement is advisable.
Gun uses subsonic weighted bullets (FMJ, Hollow Point, HV, Arrow-type and HE-Cristallyte) of 0.4 cal (10.16mm) x 21. Cases are ring-ignited and are filled with liquid brisant explosives. [link]
Usage of HE-Cristallyte bullets requires additional barrel reinforcement, giving additional 75g. HE-C bullet penetrates about 75mm of homogeneous steel and gives a massive fragmentation effect capable of destroying additional 25mm. This modification was mostly intended for ES use, but some pistols were also made during first production.
Laser sight is optional (requires trigger guard replacement), but is not wide used because of pistol's compatibility with Enhanced Battle Control System.
Vortex is fully compatible with Advanced Tactical Vest and all ExoSuits’ weapon systems (ES system grade “Demon” or higher).
Vortex was developed in late 2030-s by WarTech arms and a division of Heckler&Koch as a tactical sidearm and as a self-defense pistol. First production consisted of 10 000 units and was tested by various Special Forces and mercenaries. In 2041 came second production of about 25 000 units, ordered by various military groups. Third production counted only 5 000 units, redesigned to be used by medium (IV ES generation) and heavy (XI ES generation and ES “Titan”) ExoSuits.
Fourth production of 1 250 units is planned in 2044 because of newborn ultra-light “Shade”-class ES. This modification will have additional barrel and chamber assembly reinforcements and a longer body and barrel, as well as full-auto fire mode, and is intended to be used with incendiary and HE²-C ammo.
Programs used: Solid Edge V20, SolidWorks 2010, PhotoView360

Why do you think so? I considered all ergonomics options for this one.

the grip looks all boxxy and you would hurt your hand trying to handle that gun ans shooting it. It just doesnt fit your hand at all, try smoothing it.
Take a close look at some real guns and you'll know what im talking about. For example: [link]

I don't think so because it looks boxy but all angles are smoothed and I think it will be pretty easy to handle it. Nevertheless, it could be rounded a little at the back, but it will spoil the whole look.

So your company focuses on look rather than efficiency? I wouldnt buy these guns then.
And the grip was one detail, i can tell you a hundred more things that are wrong with this gun, no matter how it may work.

I just cannot understand people who criticize others without fully knowing which work they are discussing and without any proof of their knowledge.
